My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spotless, pleasant, and quite spacious, perfect for two adults. However, it might feel cramped for a larger group of four adults. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some exceptional moments but also some areas that needed improvement. The location was convenient, close to some stores, but the surrounding area could use some tidying up. The dining experience offered a vast variety, but there were some hiccups in the quality and service. The facilities were decent, serving their purpose effectively.

The hotel rooms are decently sized and air-conditioned, which is very important in Mpumalanga. However, some rooms are situated above the dining room, resulting in noise in the mornings.
